Returns
At Wallpaperlux, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or needs. That's why we have a clear and concise returns policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.
If you are not completely satisfied with your wallpaper purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please note that the following conditions apply:
1. We can only accept return of 3 rolls or more from the same batch. The wallpaper must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged. We cannot accept returns for products that have been installed, cut, or altered in any way.
2. All original packaging, including labels and tags, must be intact and included with the return.
3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. There will be a restocking fee of 35% of the roll price to initiate a return.
4. To initiate a return, please contact our sales team at sales@wallpaperlux.co.uk. They will provide you with further instructions and a return authorisation number.
5. Once we receive the returned wallpaper and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days.

6. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
7. In the case of a defective product or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or exchange.
8. Please inspect your wallpaper upon delivery. If you notice any damage or defects, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
9. Please note that custom-made or personalised wallpapers are non-returnable unless they are defective or there was an error on our part.
